As a company, Luxinar has been at the forefront of laser technology for over 20 years. We are recognised as a leading manufacturer of sealed carbon dioxide (CO2) lasers and, more recently, femtosecond lasers. Whilst we are based in our modern, bespoke manufacturing facility in Hessle, East Yorkshire, just a stone’s throw away from the Humber Bridge, we operate globally, having installed over 18000 lasers worldwide. We’re a UK business operating on a global stage.
It’s a story we’re proud of but it doesn’t end there. We are pioneers in our field, always looking to transform and grow our business, enthusiastic about embracing the future.
We are an innovative market leader in industrial laser products, very much valuing the edge our people give us. Our culture is one that welcomes diversity, fosters talent, encourages internal movement and progression, and places safety as our number one priority.
Currently we are looking to recruit an Aftersales Administrator to join our Customer Service team at our base in Hessle.
As an Aftersales Administrator you should ideally have some experience of general office duties, order processing, stock control and dealing with customer enquiries. You should also be used to providing high standards of customer service with a tenacity to chase paperwork, hunt for the answers to the daily challenges that occur and always looking to get orders delivered in a timely manner.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is by no means essential as long as you are someone with the right attitude, someone who’s customer driven and someone who is keen to help us overcome the challenges in post-Brexit trade.
As an individual you are expected to be organised and display a high level of attention to detail. As with most pressurised roles, a good sense of humour is also a must. You should have good IT skills, willing to learn in-house systems and be proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
If the above describes you, Luxinar needs you!
If you are interested, please send your CV together with a covering letter to our recruitment team, Recruitment.email@example.com, before the closing date of 23:59pm, Sunday 21 March 2021.
When joining Luxinar you will find an environment that is both welcoming and challenging. We reward our employees well and offer a generous remuneration package, employer pension, private health insurance and a range of other benefits.
