Luxinar offers a variety of courses on our sealed carbon dioxide laser sources. Courses are held at our training centre in Hull, UK.

Courses provide an operational understanding of lasers and their applications. Training is also given on mechanical and electrical integration, as well as the ancillary equipment and services needed to ensure trouble-free operation.

Participants who successfully complete our training course will return with knowledge and skill to effectively operate their laser source. This will result in an increase in operational efficiency and reduced downtime.

Basic training can also be arranged at our regional offices in Asia and Europe or remotely via Microsoft Teams.

In the unlikely event that you experience problems with your Luxinar laser, we offer the option to exchange or repair the faulty item.

The exchange option means that an item is ordered from the price list on the basis of safe return of your faulty unit.  You will receive a fast response, and downtime is minimised.

Under the repair option, the item is returned to us for analysis and subsequent repair.  A repair quotation can be provided on request.  Downtime may be up to several weeks, depending on the fault, but a cost-effective repair is provided.

All repair & exchange modules come with a 12-month parts only warranty. If a part needs to be replaced within the warranty period, the replacement part warranty period is 12 months or to the end of the original warranty period, whichever is the greater.

Luxinar operates an aftersales parts organisation that stocks spare parts for laser sources. This allows us to offer a rapid turnaround for sources requiring refurbishment or upgrading. Contact our parts department, with your enquiry. Our team will help you to quickly identify the correct spare part for your laser source.
