TRAINING

Luxinar offers a variety of courses on our range of sealed CO₂ laser sources at our training centre in Hull, UK.  These are targeted primarily at engineers wanting to diagnose issues and carry out repairs and maintenance.

Participants who successfully complete our training courses receive the knowledge and the skills to effectively maintain the correct operation of their laser source. This will result in an increase in efficiency and reduced downtime.

We also offer basic training at our regional offices in Asia and Europe or remotely via Microsoft Teams.

Contact us at aftersales.uk@luxinar.com to find out more about our training courses.

EXCHANGE, REPAIR & RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you experience problems with your Luxinar laser, we offer the option to exchange or repair the faulty item.

The exchange option means that an item is ordered from the price list on the basis of safe return of your faulty unit.  You will receive a fast response, and downtime is minimised.

Under the repair option, the item is returned to us for analysis and subsequent repair.  A repair quotation can be provided on request.  Downtime may be up to several weeks, depending on the fault, but a cost-effective repair is provided.

WARRANTY

All repair & exchange modules come with a 12-month parts only warranty. If a part needs to be replaced within the warranty period, the replacement part warranty period is 12 months or to the end of the original warranty period, whichever is the greater.

SPARE PARTS

Luxinar operates an aftersales parts organisation that stocks spare parts for laser sources. This allows us to offer a rapid turnaround for sources requiring refurbishment or upgrading. Contact our parts department, parts.uk@luxinar.com with your enquiry. Our team will help you to quickly identify the correct spare part for your laser source.
