Troubleshooting – OEM 45iX

Despite our best efforts, regretfully, nothing is 100% perfect, 100% of the time. Should your laser source have an issue, we have created a troubleshooting guide to help you pinpoint the issue. To request the guide, or for further questions, please contact our Aftersales team who can advise you further.

Initial checks

  • AC supply is present and correct 
  • DC supply voltage is correct even under full load
  • Interface connections are correct
  • DC / capacitor connections are correct
  • Water flow is adequate
  • Water temperature is within specification
  • Controller / laser configuration is as expected
